If we are talking about typical male food, then pork neck in grilled beer occupies one of the highest positions in the men’s menu. This dish has everything most guys need. In addition, the whole atmosphere of grilling is a pleasant announcement of a good time for many guys. To quote a classic… “Pork neck in grilled beer is always a good idea.”

Ingredients for 6 servings:
– 1 kg pork neck
– 1 onion
– 1 cup light beer
– 1 tablespoon hot mustard
– 2 bay leaves
– 1 tsp sweet paprika powder
– 1 pinch ground cumin
– 1 pinch ground coriander
– 2 tablespoons olive oil
– salt, pepper to taste
Method:
- Rinse the meat and dry it thoroughly, then cut it into slices about a centimeter
- Peel the onion and chop it into small cubes.
- Press the garlic cloves through a press into a suitable dish.
- Pour the beer and olive oil into the garlic. Then add the onion, mustard, bay leaves, paprika, cumin and coriander. Season with salt and pepper, if desired. Mix the ingredients well.
- Coat the pork neck slices thoroughly in the marinade and refrigerate for 24 hours
- Grill the pork neck on a tray, searing evenly to your liking on each side. From time to time, you can pour the previously prepared marinade over
