Pancakes with chicken in bolognese sauce

Pancakes with chicken in bolognese sauce are a recipe for a successful home-cooked meal. Delicious in taste and very filling. It will surely satisfy the culinary requirements of even the most grumpy gourmet. The recipe can be modified to your individual liking.

Pancakes with chicken – ingredients needed:

  • a few pancakes
  • one package of spaghetti Bolognese
  • approx. 250g chicken breast fillet
  • one carrot
  • Ok. 100g cheese
  • 100ml sour cream 18%

Method:

  1. Rinse the fillet from the chicken breast and cut into smaller pieces (if desired)
  2. Wash the carrots, peel and cut into cubes.
  3. Preheat the oven to around 200°C.
  4. Before the oven reaches the required temperature, grate the cheese.
  5. Pour a tablespoon of oil or lard into a frying pan. When the fat is well heated, add the meat with the carrots and fry until golden, stirring frequently.
  6. Add 200 ml of water and the entire package of Spaghetti Bolognese. Mix all the ingredients together well. Cook for approx. 5min. Then set aside to cool.
  7. Spoon the cooled filling over the pancakes and roll into rolls.
  8. Place the finished pancakes tightly in a greased ovenproof dish, evenly spread the cream and cheese over them. Bake the whole thing for about 15-20 minutes until the cheese melts
  9. ENJOY YOUR MEAL!!!
